    Service Frequency
    Replace the machine air filters (Part numbers 131-0057,131-0058) Annually
    Check lifts and stiffness, X & Z-axis Annually
    Record scale voltages Annually
    Check hardware over travel limits Annually
    Clean scales, X & Z-axis As Needed
    Check the operation of the mist unit As Needed
    Clean machine Daily
    Check for proper floatation of spindle Quarterly
    Check full travel of slides, X & Z-axis Quarterly
    Lubricate collet Quarterly
    Check slide drive amplifiers and adjust if necessary Semi-Annually
    Clean all computer boards Semi-Annually
    Clean/check the operation of the chiller Semi-Annually
    Perform gathers, X & Z-axis Semi-Annually
    Check voltage ± 12, + 5 Semi-Annually

    Service Frequency
    Replace the machine air filters Annually
    Check operation and level of air isolation system Semi-Annually
    Check lifts and stiffness of both X & Z-axis Annually
    Grease X & Z-axis leadscrews Semi-Annually
    Check coupler between drive motor & leadscrew, X & Z axis Semi-Annually
    Clean all servo drive boards Semi-Annually
    Check slide drive amplifiers and adjust if necessary Semi-Annually
    Check for proper floatation of spindle Semi-Annually
    Clean scales, X & Z-axis Semi-Annually
    Clean all computer boards Semi-Annually
    Check slide drive amplifiers and adjust if necessary Semi-Annually
    Clean all computer boards Semi-Annually
    Replace X-Axis leadscrew & support Kit As Needed
    Replace Y-Axis leadscrew & support Kit As Needed
    Clean all filter elements on the machine Semi-Annually
    Check full travel of slides, X & Z-Axis Annually
    Check hardware over travel limits Annually
    Clean/inspect operation at the chiller Annually

    Change hydrostatic oil (customer to supply 5 gallons, Velocite #10) Annually
    Change hydrostatic oil filter elements (Part numbers 166-0006,166-0007,166-0012) Annually
    Verify hydrostatic system operation Annually
    Check lifts and stiffness, X & Z-axis Annually
    Record scale voltages Annually
    Change chiller coolant Annually
    Check hydrostatic voltages Annually
    Check hardware over travel limits Annually
    Clean scales, X & Z-axis As Needed
    Check the operation of the mist unit As Needed
    Clean machine Daily
    Check for proper flotation of spindle Quarterly
    Check operation and level of air isolation system Quarterly
    Check full travel of slides, X & Z-axis Quarterly
    Check/fill oil level Quarterly
    Check/fill coolant level Quarterly
