- MCS (Machine Control Software - various revisions. This is a versatile, complex, mature control system developed specifically for "ophthalmic" applications.)
- For OPTOFORM 50 (only)
- NANOPATH machine control (M&G code). The Nanopath Control can be installed alongside the MCS Control on the same Optoform 50, and it is possible to switch between controls.

- ULTRAPATH machine control or UPx machine Control (an advanced QNX, real-time operating system with rapid execution rates. There is a direct "upgrade path" from ULTRAPATH to the UPx (QNX) control).
