The IOL Automatic Lens Bench is vertically set-up and dedicated to the inspection and measurement of small lenses, specifically IOLs, and to appropriate focal lengths.

It is recommended for testing of mass production quantities of IOLs or for applications where centration measurement is the main task.

It offers rapid, ultra-accurate and objective performance characterization of various optical parameters including Effective Focal Length, Flange Focal Length, Back Focal Length, Centration Errors, Angle and power of wedges and plan-parallel plates and MTF Measurement.

IOL VISUAL LENS BENCH

The IOL Visual Lens Bench is suitable for IOL producers who need a high-quality but economical instrument for inspection and measurement of IOLs, where procedures must conform to ANSI / ISO specifications, for measuring IOL power and image quality (resolution).

The IOL Visual Test Bench determines lens power (measurement of BFL or back focal length) and lens resolution.

Resolution is determined by assessment of lenses against a pre-set criterion of contrast values, using the standard USAF 1951 6th root of two resolution target.
